At Douglas B. Kays Real Estate Services, we provide personal, boutique service. We have all of the same levels of contact and information available to us that the other Regional Brokerage firms have, as well as the National and International firms. The founder of the firm became a licensed California attorney in 1980 and a California Broker in 1988. His 30 year career as General Counsel at McMahan's Furniture with stores in WA, OR, NV & CA and as Vice President of Operations for Heilig-Meyers for all of the 176 retail stores in the Western United States provided Mr. Kays with an acknowledged expertise in identifying which components are necessary in selecting and operating successful retail locations. Mr. Kays served as a Board Member and President of the Western Home Furnishings Association (1993) and as a Board Member and President of the National Home Furnishings Association (2009).
